AC-220V photoelectric controller
Note: The photoelectric controller, also called proximity switch, photoelectric sensor, full material shutdown, infrared beam, empty machine shutdown, is used for special materials (non-extrudable materials), which can protect materials. The controller is used for electromagnet to drive the moving feeding equipment. The controller adopts the thyristor analog voltage regulation technology, and the output voltage is 099 of the input voltage. At the same time, it can adapt to various different voltage systems in the world. The output waveform can choose full-wave and half-wave working modes, corresponding to the resonance frequency of the vibrating plate 50H2100Hz and 60H2120Hz. 1. Four, matters needing attention:
* During the connection operation, be sure to cut off the power supply controller input terminal FG terminal must be properly grounded. The FG terminal of the output end must be connected to the vibrating plate.
*The 220V controller must not be connected to 380V AC, otherwise it will cause irreversible damage to the machine!
*When adjusting the output waveform control selection (full wave and half wave) switch inside the machine, be sure to cut off the power.
*This controller should be used in a well-ventilated and heat-dissipating environment, with an ambient temperature of 20-40
*The controller should be in an environment without water droplets, steam, and corrosion.
*This controller cannot be installed in the open air environment.
*This controller is only used to drive electromagnetic vibrating feeding equipment, not for other purposes.
5. Wiring instructions: The input is a single-phase AC three-core plug, and the grounding terminal must be well grounded. The output interface is a 16 3-core aviation socket, the socket 1 and 3 pins are connected to the input lead of the electromagnet, and the 2 pins are connected to the vibration plate casing (ground).
6. Panel description: There is a power indicator on the panel of the machine, and the amplitude control knob is in the middle of the panel.
Seven, adjustment instructions: After the wiring installation is completed, adjust the external full-wave and half-wave control selector switch as needed (the factory default is half-wave working mode) to make the drive output work in full-wave or half-wave mode, and control the amplitude Adjust the knob to a smaller position (near the scale). Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on. Adjust the amplitude control knob (clockwise to increase the output, on the contrary, counterclockwise to adjust to a small output) to make the vibrating plate work at the required vibration speed.
